Dr. Liz Ramsey-Reeves has always been passionate about health and wellness, which led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and a doctoral degree in physical therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech’s College of Science in 2006, with minors in leadership and bio-business systems.

Growing up as a small-town country girl from Winchester with the work ethic of a middle-class military family, Dr. Liz became the first in her family to earn membership in the prestigious National Honor Society and Who’s Who Among High School Students. While at Virginia Tech, she was selected for the university’s leadership program and completed her degree in biological sciences. Her determination then led her to postgraduate study, where she became the first in her family to earn a doctoral degree, which she received from the Medical College of Virginia (VCU).

Dr. Liz is a dreamer, visionary, and small business startup enthusiast. She is the founding partner of Best Rest VA, offering sleep solutions and apnea treatments; founder, owner, and chief operator of First Impression Dental of Ashburn, providing comprehensive dental care; and owner of First of the Month Properties, a rental property group. As a private investor in various technology and healthcare startups, she is always exploring the next promising long-term investment.

Driven by faith and a commitment to building relationships and improving the quality of care in healthcare, Dr. Liz and her family have dedicated countless volunteer hours across the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition to her roles in multiple businesses, her community-focused passion projects have garnered recognition, including being voted Best Dental Practice in Ashburn (2021). She has led fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society and various health organizations. Dr. Liz is also a host, volunteer, and donor for many community events, including Virginia Tech, Brambleton Live, Operation Second Chance, Relay for Life, Ainsley’s Angels, Toys for Tots, Wounded Warriors Project, Cornerstone Chapel, Willowsford Cares, and numerous local schools and sports leagues.

Dr. Liz is married to her best friend and college sweetheart, Dr. Carter Reeves. Together with their three boys—Harrison, Ramsey, and Sawyer—they enjoy everything the great outdoors has to offer. Their family is built on foundational principles: love for God and country, practicing faith through service, engaging in active prayer, and performing mindful acts of compassion. In her free time, Dr. Liz enjoys passing on the gift of music (inherited from her parents) to her children through piano lessons and playing trumpet and saxophone.
